From Samurai Jeans comes the Pocket Tee in Natural. The Pocket tee is cut slim featuring a crew neck opening and chest pocket.
The tee is constructed using an original 16oz slub knit cotton fabric that is woven in Wakayama, Japan on vintage shuttle looms using Samurai's in-house cotton from their "Samurai Cotton Project". The "Samurai Cotton Project" is a heart project of founder Toru Nogami, with the objective to produce completely made in Japan garments from seed to stitch. Taking almost 5 years to develop, Samurai cotton is planted, weeded and harvested by hand, without any use of fertilizers or pesticides. The cotton is characterized by its soft, yet extreme slubby hand with an incredible visual depth and weight.
Additional details include a triple-stitched rib-bound crewneck, vintage Union special flat-locked seam construction throughout.
