The hat is constructed using a densely woven cotton twill fabric. Once constructed, the hat was one wash processed for a worn in look.
Additional details include custom buckle hardware, cow leather strap adjustment that is hand-sewn to the body, and radial stitch reinforcement along the body/brim.
