From Visvim's Fall/Winter 2018 Collection comes the 101 Down Jacket in Indigo. The 101 is a modern take on the classic Levi's type II silhouette with a slim chest and elongated body and sleeves featuring a front button closure, side seam zip pockets, button-fastened cuffs, adjustable button hem, and flap-over button fastened chest pockets.
The jacket is constructed from an original 8oz selvedge denim that was woven on vintage shuttle looms using indigo rope-dyed yarns with varying slub lengths. The jacket is lined using a cotton-linen blend fabric featuring a Native American print throughout and filled using a Polish White Goose Down. Once constructed, the jacket was damage processed for a worn-in look.
Additional details include original in-house buttons, rivets and zippers, custom orange selvedge piping throughout, and a Japanese Kyon leather back patch featuring 'VSVM' branding using urushi lacquer paint drips by hand.
