From Visvim's Fall/Winter 2019 Indigo Camping Trailer Collection comes the Lafayette Boots in Brown. The Lafayette is a lace-up 4 panel boot constructed in a mid-cut silhouette.
The boots are constructed using Belgian vegetable-tanned cowhide uppers, stacked leather midsoles, and UK Dainite rubber outsoles that are hand-sewn to the uppers using a Goodyear leather welt. Once constructed, the boots were buried at Amani Island in iron-rich mud using primitive sediment dating back 1.5 million years old, resulting in a unique worn-in charm.
Additional details include a leather insole, cork footbed, quadruple stitch construction, vintage Kofu tongue tabs, and raw edge cotton piping along the foot opening.
