From Visvim's Fall/Winter 2019 Collection comes the 101 Jacket Dry DMGD-1000. The 101 is a slim-fit Type II silhouette featuring an elongated body and sleeves with two flap-over button-fastened chest pockets, adjustable hem, button fastened cuffs, and two side seam zip hand pockets.
The jacket is constructed from an original 13oz selvedge denim that was woven on vintage shuttle looms using indigo rope-dyed yarns with varying slub lengths. This combination allows the denim to have an uneven surface texture with incredible fading capabilities. Once constructed, the pants were DRY processed; a patented finish developed by Visvim to remove all of the oil from the fibers of the denim through a salt-shrink treatment with aim to mimic the dry, crisp hand of vintage denim. The pants are finished with damage processing by hand to give it a unique worn-in look.
Additional details include original hand-painted in-house buttons and rivets, custom blue selvedge ID, and a natural indigo-dyed German brain-tanned elk back patch featuring hand-stitched embroidery.
