From Visvim's Fall/Winter 2021 collection comes the Amplus Tee in Indigo. The Amplus silhouette has a boxy cut featuring drop shoulders and elongated sleeves.
The tee is constructed using a soft Japanese cotton. Once constructed, the tee was natural Indigo dyed known in Japan as "Aizome". Aizome uses natural indigo pigment extracted through a complex fermentation process called “ai-date,” which involves traditional fermentation known as "hakkō-date". Hakkō-date involves fermenting dried indigo leaves (sukumo) with lye, ash, alcohol, and lime, requiring careful adjustments by craftspeople to achieve desired colors. This labor-intensive process allows for artistic freedom and produces rich, transparent indigo hues, prized for their depth and clarity.
Additional details include one chest pocket, and Visvim's signature hand-stitched ghost tag at the neck.
The tee is tagged size 3 and fits a M/L. Please refer to measurements for best fit. Condition is 8/10; minimal signs of wear throughout.
