From Visvim’s Fall/Winter 2023 Collection comes the Social Sculpture 01 Damaged-38. The 01 cut has a regular fit with a straight leg, high rise, button fly, and selvedge outseam.
The denim is constructed from Visvim's custom Social Sculpture 14oz selvedge denim that was woven on vintage shuttle looms using indigo rope-dyed yarns with varying slub lengths. This combination allows the denim to have an uneven surface texture with incredible fading capabilities. Once the denim is constructed, it is then put through a unique "Damaged-38" wash process which includes distressing and repairing the denim by hand in areas unique to the "38" finish.
Additional details include original brass buttons, rivets and sliders, custom grey selvedge ID piping throughout, a natural indigo-dyed German brain-tanned elk suede back patch, and a hidden interior zip back pocket.
