From Visvim's Fall/Winter 2024 Collection comes the Stanza JKT in Brown. The Stanza is a western-inspired zip blouson cut in a boxy silhouette with drop shoulders, two patch hand pockets, adjustable cuffs, and one interior chest pocket.
The jacket was constructed using a unique Jacquard-woven blanket fabric for the body created in collaboration with Nikke Co., Ltd using a single electric loom. The fabric uses linen cotton for the warp, providing a dry hand feel and stiff texture, while the weft combines fluffy wool yarn with twisted linen yarn for added depth and complexity. The resulting fabric has an uneven hand feel with tasteful imperfections, combining durability with a vintage aesthetic. The sleeves and pockets are made from a French vegetable-tanned lamb leather that has been damage processed for a worn-in look.
Additional details include a custom zip fastener, custom water buffalo horn buttons, a full rayon lining, and a cotton twill fabric used for the cuff and pocket linings.
