From Visvim's Spring/Summer 2019 collection comes the Iris Liner Jkt in Olive. The Iris Liner takes inspiration from the military M51 parka liner, but adds a Japanese twist to the classic outerwear piece. It has a slim fit, reversible design, zipper front closure, adjustable snap button cuffs, and 2 slanted pockets on either side.
The jacket is constructed out of a “military nylon” shell, which Visvim describes as a high-density, low sheen premium nylon fabric. The lining is made from a beautiful rayon fabric that features a striped cotton bottom panel. Once constructed, the jacket was mud over-dyed by hand at the Amami Island in Japan resulting in an authentic character and worn-in charm synonymous with vintage garments.
Additional details include a Swiss RIRI zipper, original damaged metal snap buttons, cotton herringbone piping along the collar, zipper, and cuffs, a polyester filling, cotton herringbone pocket lining, and button holes used for attaching as a liner inside an accommodating coat.
Tagged size 1 and fits a tts XS/S. Please refer to measurements for best fit. Condition is 8/10; minimal signs of wear. Small stain on the stripes (see pictures). Slight discoloration on the left sleeve of the solid side.
