From Visvim's Spring/Summer 2019 SPOT Collection comes the SS Hakama Pants Crash. The Hakama takes inspiration from traditional Japanese formal attire and features a regular fit with a high rise, button fly, wide leg, and riveted back yoke.
The pants are made using an original 14oz selvedge denim woven on vintage shuttle looms using indigo rope-dyed yarns with varying slub lengths. This combination allows the denim to have an uneven surface texture with incredible fading capabilities. Once constructed, the denim was crash processed for a weathered appearance and patch repaired using a custom slub linen material, with its uneven texture enhanced by using a natural indigo kasezome skein-dye technique.
Additional details include original buttons, rivets, and sliders, custom blue selvedge ID piping, a natural indigo-dyed German brain-tanned elk suede back patch, and a hidden interior zip back pocket.
Tagged size 4 and fit a TTS 38. Please refer to measurements for best fit. Condition is 8/10; minor signs of wear throughout. Comes with bag.
