From Visvim's Spring/Summer 2022 Collection comes the Thorson III in Olive. The Thorson III is a boxy take on the MA-1 bomber jacket featuring two snap-button fastened hand pockets, a front zip closure, drop shoulders, and ribbed cuffs, collar, and hem.
The jacket is constructed using a high-density, low sheen nylon satin fabric for the shell and rayon for the lining. Once constructed, the jacket was soaked and dyed in iron-rich mud from local Amami-Ōshima rice paddies in Japan, and damage processed resulting in an authentic vintage character and worn-in charm.
Additional details include wool ribbing, wool-pile filling, Swiss RIRI zippers, original snap buttons, an MA-1 style sleeve pocket, an interior snap-button chest pocket, and custom military chest taping.
