From A.Presse's Spring/Summer 2023 Collection comes the Leather Sports Jacket in Mocha. Based on a 1930s swing top, the Sports Jacket is cut with a regular fit across the chest with a cropped length and a slight drop shoulder silhouette. The jacket features a zip closure with two hand pockets, and torso buckle adjusters.
The jacket was constructed using a New Zealand deerskin that was hand selected by the founder, Mr. Shigematsu, for its fine texture and supple smoothness. The jacket expresses a vintage feel by deliberately using multiple parts of the animal hide arranged in a random pattern to create the paneling of the jacket. This method ensures no two pieces are alike and creates a visual interest where the suede texture and finish are different from panel to panel.
Addition details include a custom Swiss M8 RIRI zipper, and custom metal buckles.
