From Visvim's Spring/Summer 2023 Collection comes the Social Sculpture 01 Dry-21. The 01 cut has a regular fit with a straight leg, high rise, button fly, and a selvedge out-seam.
The denim are constructed using a custom 13oz selvedge denim that was woven on vintage shuttle looms using indigo rope-dyed yarns with varying slub lengths for an uneven surface texture with incredible fading capabilities. Once constructed, the denim was DRY processed using a proprietary salt shrink treatment to remove all of the oil from the fibers of the denim; results in a tightly woven fabric with a dry and deep texture. In addition, each model is damaged processed by hand in areas unique to the "21" finish.
Additional details include original hand-made copper buttons and rivets, custom blue selvedge ID, and a natural indigo dyed, brain-tanned buckskin suede back patch with sashiko stitch detailing.
