From Visvim’s Spring/Summer 2024 Collection, comes the Christo Shaman-Folk in Light Brown. Inspired by Bulgarian artists Christo Javacheff and Jeanne-Claude de Guillebon, the sandal draws many parallels from the couple's work such as the wrapping of bridges, natural formations, and the simplicity in everyday objects.
The sandals are constructed using UK vegetable-tanned cow suede uppers, stacked leather midsoles, and custom Visvim branded leather outsoles with a Vibram rubber heel.
Additional details include leather tassel/fringe detailing, leather lining and insole, cork footbed, and a Japanese Kyon Leather tongue tab featuring 'VSVM' branding using lacquer paint drips by hand.
