From Visvim's Spring/Summer 2024 Indigo Camping Trailer Collection comes the Kora Down Vest in Navy. The Kora is a reversible A-line cut vest featuring a front button placket, and two hand pockets.
The vest is constructed using a vintage shibori-zome silk material. "Shibori-zome" is a traditional dyeing technique where part of the fabric being dyed is tied off with thread before being exposed to the dye. The dye does not soak into the part of the fabric that is tied off, which in turn creates a pattern; the pattern is characterized by individual differences in the appearance of the material after it is dyed and begins to bleed which makes every outcome entirely unique.
The vest is lined using a densely woven cotton twill fabric and is filled using a Superior Polish White Goose Down.
Additional details include original buffalo horn buttons of differing colors on each side.
