From A.Presse's Spring/Summer 2026 Collection comes the Vintage Denim Jacket in Custom. The Vintage Denim Jacket is based on a 50's Levi's Type 1 model cut in a boxy, drop-shoulder silhouette featuring a 4-button closure, single front pleat, one tacked patch chest pocket, button fastened cuffs, a T-back yoke, and cinchback adjustment.
The jacket is constructed using a custom 13oz red selvedge indigo denim which is tightly woven with cotton yarns of varying slub lengths to reproduce the yarn usage of 501XX denim from the late 50s to early 60s. Once constructed, the jacket was black garment dyed and damage processed by hand to recreate a weathered, vintage-like finish with a charcoal-indigo hue throughout.
Additional details include bar tack reinforcement, original iron tack buttons, rivets, and cinch buckle that will develop a rust finish with use.
