From Iron Heart comes the Ultra Heavy Flannel Buffalo Check Western Shirt in Indigo. The Western Shirt is a regular fit button up shirt featuring two button fastened flap-over patch chest pockets and button fastened cuffs with western-style yoking along the shoulder and back.
The shirt is constructed using a proprietary 12oz flannel fabric, woven using indigo rope dyed Aspero cotton fibers from the foothills of the Andes mountains. The fabric features a buffalo check pattern throughout with a single brushed face and reverse. Once constructed, the shirt was one wash processed to reduce shrinkage and to create a soft hand.
Additional details include custom branded snap buttons, left chest pocket tab branding, single and double needle stitch construction, and yellow bobbin thread chainstitch run-off at the side seams.
